What to include
- The page you were reading, and the figure or rule that looks wrong.
- A link to the official notification, order or bulletin that says otherwise, with the page or clause number if you know it.
- What you expected to see instead.
A link to the official document is the part that matters most. Every figure on this site is taken from a government notification, an official bulletin or a published order, so a correction has to come from the same kind of source. We cannot change a figure on the strength of a coaching website, a news report or a forum post.
What happens next
We read the official document, check the figure ourselves, and update the page, its sources list and its "Last updated" date together. If the official document turns out to disagree with itself, or two official sources disagree with each other, we say so on the page rather than picking one quietly.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help with individual applications, results, admissions, document verification or refunds, and we cannot tell you whether a particular candidate will be selected. For any of those, contact the exam body or university directly: every calculator links to the official website it is based on.
