How it's calculated
Basic pay is your cell in the state pay matrix. DA is 60% of basic pay (GO 396975/XXVII-10/2026-E-22807/2022 dated 18 May 2026). HRA is not a percentage in Uttarakhand: it is a fixed amount by pay level and place of posting. Employees under the National Pension System contribute 10% of basic pay plus DA.
Estimate only. Official results, marks and eligibility are decided by the Government of Uttarakhand (Finance Department). Verify on the official website.

Is the state pay matrix the same as the central one?

Hill development allowance, border development block allowance, secretariat special allowance and departmental allowances. Not every employee gets them; they depend on the post and posting.
