The basic pay scale in the notification is the same, because it comes from the industry-wide settlement for the clerical cadre. Allowances and perquisites follow each participating bank’s own rules, so take-home pay differs between banks and cities.
Does IBPS Clerk give advance increments to graduates?
The IBPS notification does not mention any. SBI grants two advance increments to graduate Junior Associates under its own advertisement, which is why the SBI starting basic is higher.
